CLASSES
Classes are subtle but challenging, where we pay attention to the minutiae of the body, undoing tension while finding space and fluidity in the spine. We move with our natural breath and yield to gravity.
While there are intelligent body alignment cues to guide us, we shy away from rigidly contorting ourselves into prescribed shapes to allow for a subjective, attentive and easeful experience of the practice.
Open to all levels.
